I ordered 2 of these toilet paper holders in October. I did not receive them until this week (first week of January). In the interim, I received email after email telling me my product would be shipped in 2 days, with the date changing each time. That was very annoying itself, and needless to say, the product was not being shipped in "2 days." When they finally arrived, the box did not have a recognizable return address so I wasn't even sure what it could be. Once it was opened, we discovered a horrible packing job with lots of styrofoam peanuts (that stuck to everything they touched) and dirty pieces of plastic and styrofoam. My fiance said it smelled badly as well. The product itself is not weighted well, which is pretty important in a toilet paper stand, so it moves around a lot. However, I found it very difficult to find contemporary looking tp holders in brushed nickel and these fit that bill. That is the only saving grace of this whole experience.
